Refund policy

House of Blythe will accept apparel returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the garment has not been worn or damaged, and has all original tags. 

How do I return or exchange my order? 

Please email kira@houseofblythe.com to initiate a return or exchange.  We will then provide a shipping label via email, and once the item has been received on our end and quality inspected, we will either issue the return payment or ship out the garment you wish to exchange for. 

For health reasons of the CDC recommended protective face coverings, House of Blythe cannot accept returns of face masks once they have been purchased.  Thank you for your understanding on this!  Please email kira@houseofblythe.com for questions of concerns regarding our policy.
